Don't be so sure. I've seen writers on other television shows put characters in similarly "irredeemable" situations, only to redeem them.
There's a number of ways Juliette's humanity could be restored. The series has been so concentrated on how Juliette's transformation has affected Nick and her friends, we haven't been given a single glimpse of what it's doing to her family. Has Juliette alienated her own mother and father from her life, the same way she alienated Nick? What if one of them were to investigate?
There's also the interesting idea New Guy put forward about Juliette being afflicted with a mysterious illness that strips her of her powers, while trapping her in "woged mode" at the same time. Stuck with the worst of both worlds, Juliette becomes little more than a horribly disfigured woman. (See the link below for how that could possibly look.) The Royals throw Juliette out on account of her being useless to them now, and her former friends will have absolutely nothing to do with her.
Broke and destitute, Juliette has officially hit rock bottom. With nowhere else to go, she turns to the last character in the GRIMM universe who isn't burned out with cynicism: Bud. A couple of episodes could have Juliette holing up in Bud's basement, while Bud attempts to keep her presence secret from the rest of the gang. Things finally come to a head when Nick discovers what Bud's been hiding.
It isn't likely to happen, I know. The scenario would have to involve keeping Bitsie in very ugly makeup for at least several episodes, and I can't see the showrunners or the actress being ready to do that. Shame, because it could give Bitsie a lot more to work with than the dreary "evil uberbitch" routine.
