See, if the show were in my hands (and I know it isn't ), that's not the direction I'd take it. Juliette's crimes would remain unforgiven, yes, but I'd have some major cataclysm on the horizon force Nick and Juliette back together again, and in the process remind Juliette of how miserable and barren her life has truly become. In time she'd rejoin the good guys, albeit as a kind of black sheep of the family rather than a fully reformed hero. The closest equivalent I can think of is Dr. Smith from the old "Lost in Space" television series. Here's a snippet of dialogue I can hear being uttered shortly after Juliette's atonement:
JULIETTE: I want everything to be back the way it was.
NICK: You know it can't.
The question of "How the hell can Juliette come back from Kelly's murder?" is a real challenge, and I wouldn't be surprised if the GRIMM writers deliberately set that challenge up for themselves, just to show off how clever they really are by overcoming it in the next season. I have absolutely no interest in watching the rest of the series if she becomes a permanent villain. Besides making every episode featuring Juliette depressing as hell, seeing her continually taunt Nick and his friends would get old FAST.
