Is is possible some will accept the person asking for forgiveness and who is trying to make amens, and others will not? In real life, yes. Usually the person who wronged others has to expect that some will never forgive and just move on, trying to do the best they can. Do I think Juliette/Eve will try, succeed with some of the gang and not with others? Based on my real life experiences, yes. Hexenette has never shown any remorse for her violent acts of hatred. She is not capable of repentance. When she showed up at Nick's house she didn't show any sorrow for what, she did, she didn't say "I'm sorry. She didn't ask Nick to forgive her. She DID savagely attack Nick and attempt to murder him.
She has never asked for forgiveness. It is impossible for her to make amends since she was instrumental in tricking Kelly into the ambush that ended in her death and decapitation. She cannot bring Kelly back to life. She betrayed in every way possible the one person in her life who loved her. In her demonic mind she remains proud of what she has done. She has repeatedly told her former friends she likes being Hexenette. Eve is just Hexenette on steroids.
There is a recent interview:

there is no mention of regret, remorse, recompense, or forgiveness.
When I think of betrayal, Judas comes to mind. You may recall that Judas realized what he had done, could not forgive himself, could not amend his betrayal, and just hung himself to end it.
If Eve ever realizes what she did and wants to make amends and seek forgiveness how will the writers find that useful to their plot? How can they make Evil Eve into Compassionate Cindy?
