When Myshkin healed that child, Nick only saw his woged hand and I think Renard simply didn’t get a look at his hand as Nick did, I’m sure Renard saw Myshkin’s Woge in the interrogation room. But I was confused too at first. But outside, when Nick described the woged hand to Renard, Renard directly knew Myshkin was Koschie, so he must have been familiar with the look of a Koschie’s Woge.

(Which might explain why Adalind's sprout had the strange two-heartbeat thing going on; she didn't seem to expect that part of the deal at all. Them not being mere humans would help explain why the Royals are involved with things like the Verrat, Wesen, and Grimm.)
There are two proved things royals/royal blood can do what others can’t.
Wake a sleeping beauty by kissing her with a “pure heart”.
Make Stafania’s reagent turn blue.
Perhaps they can do other things too, like destroying thorn hedges, climb a tower by a long braid and so on, but we will have to wait and see what Stefania really needs the baby for.
Two heart beats: the writers won’t do something like Adalind’s having twins, one of them Sean’s child and the other Eric’s? Please don’t! It would be an evidence of incapacity for the Austrian gynecologist and biologically impossible since there were at least a few days between her contact to Sean and Eric. But there is clearly something going on.
