From https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Insurgency
Apparently the writers are using this definition to work the uprising.
1. They have cells in many cities (the last episode they have attacks in different cities at the same time)...
2. they used terrorism against other wesen (attacked only wesen shops).... probably to drive the wesen to the BC for protection (?)...
3. According to the promos for next episodes, their narrative is that wesen shold show not hide... they will try get support from other wesen... see the lost boys episode...
4. According to the promos for next episodes, they will kill all members of the wesen council (some kind of wesen governament....)
Any ideas?
Quote:Insurgencies differ in their use of tactics and methods. In a 2004 article, Robert R. Tomes spoke of four elements that "typically encompass an insurgency":[21]
1. cell-networks that maintain secrecy
2. terrorism used to foster insecurity among the population and drive them to the insurgents for protection
3. multifaceted attempts to cultivate support in the general population, often by undermining the new regime
4. attacks against the government
