The prosecution would argue that Juliette gave Kenneth information to aid his home invasion and murder plans, and the fact that her intel proved not to be very good doesn't change that.
It could also be argued that she deliberately lied to Kenneth. After all, he told her (after she provided the names and locations to him) that he would not underestimate her. It sounds like there's a window of distrust there.
The best way to frustrate a cyberbully is to ignore him.
