I didn't see curiosity when Nick looked at Adelind. He looked as if he'd seen a ghost. He was visibly disturbed by the sight of her and her reaction at him. However, there was no flight or fight because Adelind was not attacking him. Later, when he was at the precinct, a criminal looked at him and woged. Again, he was disturbed by the experience but did not run. The man did not pose a threat to him.
The Hulda was after Marie and Nick managed to kill it it in order to save his aunt. Later on that night, he dreams about Juliette running from something. It turns out to be the Hulda who is in Nick's face. In his dream, he sees the Hulda as an immediate threat to him, not Juliette. His response is exactly the same as Hank's, as Wu's, as anyone who percepts a threat to their life. He's completely freaked out and there's no doubt in my mind if he could have, he would have turned and fled had the dream continued.
I don't see Nick's reaction being any different from anyone else who's being attacked or perceives they're about to be attacked.
If it's ever done, it shouldn't be done by Nick and company. Too many know them. Why not the wesen themselves?

So if even a grimm freaks out when knowing about a grimm, how do you think would be in the show if they decided to tell the world about the wesen?

The best way to frustrate a cyberbully is to ignore him.
