There are prettier actresses out there, but when she is on the screen--even when other actors are with her--I am looking at her. She gives very nuanced performances...her facial expressions and range are fantastic. She can say a lot without opening her mouth.
She's very easily the female star of Grimm IMHO.
Yes, I agree that radiant is an excellent word to describe Rosalee's lovely face because she does have a luminous quality to her complexion. And the frosting on the cake for me is her voice. It's one of the main reasons I favor the Captain over all the other males in the cast (Hank's a close second), because of his beautiful voice. I think it's not just the tone, but definitely the style of speech and delivery, like Rosalee.
