I watched the episode again and I'm going back on Nick not showing emotion over Juliette. My TV antenna reception was bad for a few seconds during the first time I watched, so I missed Nick being alone in the house and thinking he heard Juliette's voice, only to realize he was imagining it and feeling overwhelmed. Okay, feeling overwhelmed is an emotion. I'm glad they showed that, and I'm more satisfied with the episode now.
I still think, like izzy, that Nick is being portrayed as being a sociopath over several seasons. I see it in the way he treats Monroe and Rosalee, and how he treats victims of crimes. I think he doesn't realize how brusque he comes off when he demands the information he needs and then goes away to do his own thing without so much as a thank you, for example.
Anyway, to get back on topic, I think Rosalee is the one who showed the most emotion over all. I'm not surprised Monroe was "better Juliette than Nick" about it, since he's known Nick the longest and he didn't have as close a relationship with Juliette.
