While Juliette's death is a blow, I don't think it is the end of Grimm. I think that when Grimm returns that things will be different. All the characters went through the ringer in season four (Renard died and when he came back he was taken over by Jack leaving him more vulnerable than he ever had been before, Adalind hit rock bottom when she was in the dungeon and when she came back she found herself pregnant and is now without her powers, Nick started the season without his Grimm sight and when he got it back he lost Juliette and Kelly, Monroe was taken and tortured for marrying Rosalee and is apparently still affected by his ordeal, and Wu found out this whole new world exists and is still coming to terms with it) so it is a reset for all of them. For four years Juliette has been a major part of Nick's life, and now for the first time Nick has to try and live his life without her especially for his son.
