The contemporary versions of the Abrahamic religions all maintain that there is only one omnipotent deity and that all others are false gods. So there shouldn't have been any other "mojo." Something doesn't line up.
I'm not sure who you are referencing, but, if you take the account as factual, the Egyptian magicians' rods DID turn into snakes, causing Moses to turn his rod into a snake and devour the others. Your point means that God would have given each side 'mojo' and then gave Moses 'more.' They had 'mojo' enough to perform the acts. It seems more logical that Good vs evil battled and evil, according to the Biblical account, lost.
