-I don't mind the WotW episodes, but this season has seen some really weak ones, this included. Oh the mom is the lycanthrope, such a twist... OK, one, if they're such old-blood Portlandians, and he's in real estate no less, couldn't they build a better lycanthrope bunker? Reinforced steel doors, timed locks, voice access, or something? Something better than wooden slats and cast iron bolts? They're rich, just say you're building a safe room.
Then why did they shoot the mother? They weren't tranquing her because they didn't want to provoke her...but they'll all just go straight to "shoot her dead"? Makes no sense. A double tap from a crossbow will still probably stop her in her tracks enough for 2 Blutbaden, a Fuchsbau, a Grimm, and two veteran cops to get ahold of her and pistolwhip her into submission until the sedative can take hold. Please don't tell me Wu is "infected". First off, they established that its a genetic disease, specific to Blutbaden. You cant catch a genetic disease, it'd be like saying you can get Downs syndrome from being bitten by someone with it. And even if it was contagious and not hereditary, Wu isn't a Blutbad so he cant carry it anyway. Second, didn't they bring Wu in to be the token Kehrseite, after Juliette went full Hexen and Hank got Wesened up once too? And now they're going to Wesen him up as well? Cant we just leave *someone* human? Super annoying, Eve. You have to do the whole Deep Throat thing in the parking lot? For someone with no emotions she seems to have a compulsive need to play super-spy. Its called a text message, you can send some photos that you took *on your phone* and ask Nick about them that way. And regardless of all that, why would Nick go running out to the parking lot to meet her when he thought Doyle was about to go full-on werewolf in **20 MINUTES**?!? I'm not a lawyer or have any even tangential knowledge of the law...I don't even watch any non-supernatural procedurals...but even I know that you cant bail someone out if they haven't been charged. The cops can hold you 24 hours for questioning before they need to release you or charge you. Its not like you just buy your way out of police custody. Rosalee: "hey guys remember I'm a kind of canid too!" But yeah she's kinda floating around aimlessly lately...the writers are starting to have the same problem with her they had with Juliette, it seems, where they don't know what exactly her point is in the story. They spent all that time building up her tweaker stalker from Seattle across multiple episodes, was that all just supposed to be a buildup to that cheesy finger-breaking CG effect?

Cant we just leave *someone* human? I think it's become abundantly clear that the writers are making up the rules as they go along. GRIMM's mythology is more convoluted than LOST. And yeah, it would be bone-headed to lose the one remaining "straight man" among all the oddballs and weirdos populating the show. Funny thing is, I didn't have so much of a problem with Juliette becoming a Hexenbiest. It was when she turned into a raging bitch, alienating her friends (and the audience) in the process, that she ceased to be a relatable "human" character. Hell, Monroe is one of the most sympathetic regulars on the show, and he's been a Blutbad since day one!

Doyle had some outstanding tickets or something - from long ago that they brought him on and held him on. That's how he was bailed out. They weren't just holding him. They found something (from way back when) and took him in on that.
I think Eve met like that because to me she seemed to be reading them to see if they were surprised or if they knew. That's how I took it. I dunno. I feel like they are going to go with just "werewolf" themed not lycanthrope on Wu and that this will just give them a chance at pulling out that stick and using it - it's all I can think of. Or maybe he asked to have a "meatier" role HAHAHAHA I feel like they could have had a better room to hold mommy in as well but eh it looked like they were doing a make-shift type of thing (plus hiring people to come in and do that and his dad was deceased and didn't say how long) so mommy either killed daddy or was infected after or who the heck knows how/why it happened (or maybe it's not just the lycan whatever they were dealing with as in hereditary etc maybe it was something else - maybe she went hunting and ate something rabid who knows) LOL I'm enjoying the buildup to the last few episodes coming. Only wish they had ended again with Nick writing in his journal(s) about what had happened.

They were bringing him down to the precinct ostensibly to look at pictures, as a witness. They then locked him up because he ran from them, which was reasonable suspicion - but they never charged him with anything, which AFAIK means he cant make bail because no bail has been set. What do you think this is, Twin Peaks? X-Files? Oh...well, maybe...

There was no word about what a scratch from a Lycanthrope can or can't do to humans. Of course Wu will not transform into Blutbaden now, but - according to Werewolf mythology - he can of course become a Werewolf by full moon. That's neither contradictory nor a plot hole imo.

Being help with out being charged, only happens if you don't have money. They can take him in for questioning, but could not put him in a cell or hold him. If they are holding him because he ran. A lawyer could get a judge to set bail. With most people you are charge then arraigned where bail is set. With influence, after being charged, a lawyer would get a judge to set bail. The prosecutor has the option to object. But they have to show cause.
Embrace your inner Biest..... We all have one
