That’s a bit of a leap, were was it hinted that Diana had the power to just stop someone’s heart especially in utero. Your attributing powers to her we were never shown, if she could simply stop someone’s heart why couldn’t she do it to Boneparte.
The whole point to my post was that a pen to the forehead is a weird form of defense. You had to have read that.
But I disagree with your argument that for Diana to stop a heart is a bit of a leap. Consider what she had to know in order to force the pen through the verrat's skull. Stopping a heart in utero would require no special skill.
As for Bonaparte's death, Diana wanted Renard to be responsible for it. Keep in mind that she has no issue with sending bolts to the brain as she "pinged" Eve with no problem at all. I believe Eve herself compared that to a bolt of lightning. If that isn't enough, consider that while in utero, Diana could wield a pen as a deadly weapon. It's not far fetched to believe that as a child, she could have used the same principle by doing the same thing with a sword and killed Bonaparte. By the way, the sword went through his heart so she knows what the heart is all about.
