Both the writers and actors seem to be working overtime to convince us this "Eve" is entirely separate from Juliette. The problem is, Juliette left some pretty awful carnage behind in her wake, including the murder of Kelly Burkhardt.
The show has expected us to look past plot holes and inconsistent characterizations before, but this time it really needs to be careful. I'm pretty sure a court of law wouldn't buy the "Juliette Silverton is dead" line from Eve, especially if they had to consider the numerous as-yet-unidentified neighbors who were slaughtered on the night Juliette betrayed Kelly to the Royals.
I just hope the "Eve, Hexenbiest Super-Agent" arc doesn't override the necessity for the character to make amends for Juliette's transgressions.
