I liked it. I always dread the "game episode" of shows, but this one wasn't about the game. (Really facepalm when shows solve crimes "in game", lawlz). Thankfully it wasn't this: "You mean people can play games *dramatic pause* on computers?"
Nice blend of the cast this episode. Hank was out in front; glad to see him leading on a case. Got some focus on Wu this episode! Looks like the Juliette story is coming to a head. There's pretty much no way for Nick to get outta that one. Also loved the scenes with Rosalee and Monroe. Renard is getting into some sticky business.
The best scenes were probably when Nick, Hank, and Wu worked together.
Grimm seems to be more about its characters this season. The "monster of the week" takes the back burner. Have to say that I like the change. They've also upped the gore factor. That twitchy first victim really caught me by surprise. :0
