Do you ever wonder why Rosalee bothered going to the prison in the first place? It wasn't done in order to be a comfort to Juliette. Instead she contradicted Juliette and then took the rather self-centered approach that Nick had to regrimm again because they (Monroe and Rosalee) needed him.
I wondered why Rosalee didn't take the more heroic approach and bail Juliette out. After all, if it wasn't for Juliette, Rosalee and Monroe never would have gotten the Nick they "needed".
You stated that "everything was pink for Juliette now that she was a hexenbiest, which is what Juliette wanted to make Rosalee believe in prison.that did not help her, if she felt like hell"
It seems to me that Rosalee knew Juliette felt like hell, otherwise she wouldn't be contradicting her. In my opinion, there was nothing Juliette could have said to Rosalee while she was in prison. I like Rosalee, but that prison scene did not show her to be a loyal and caring friend.
Note that Rosalee has a past:
Quote:When Rosalee was a kid, she spent a lot of summers with her mother's family in Ireland, which is how she picked up the Irish language. As she grew up, she tried to follow in the footsteps of her parents to become an apothecary, but at the time, she didn't like the job. Rosalee went through a rough patch of seven years where she was addicted to drugs, specifically Jay, which she bought from Cecil as well as the gang North End Crew. On one occasion, she was arrested for shoplifting a watch and served time in jail for it, during which time her father passed away, and she missed his funeral. She was unaware of this until after she was released from jail and her mother and sister were no longer speaking to her. After those seven years of bad behavior, Rosalee cleaned up her act, with some help from her brother, Freddy, and moved to Seattle. She visited the incarcerated Juliette as one who had been through it and paid a high price of being rejected by her family.
Here is a description of the Jail scene:
Quote:Rosalee and Monroe later decided to contact Renard because he had the Zaubertrank Recipe Book and witch's hat, but not every detail they needed to know was in the book, and Renard later told them that was why only a skilled Hexenbiest should be attempting to help Juliette. As Juliette's personality and behavior changed more rapidly and she started to become increasingly violent, Rosalee thought that Adalind may be the only one that could help, though Nick resisted this idea initially, and Rosalee felt it was unlikely she would help anyways. After an unsuccessful attempt by Rosalee to reach out to Juliette when she was in jail, it just so happened that Adalind had no other recourse than to ask Nick to help protect her and their unborn baby from Juliette, in exchange for Adalind's help in making a Hexenbiest suppressant for Juliette to take. Nick brought Adalind to the spice shop and caught Rosalee up to speed, and Rosalee agreed to work with Adalind in making the suppressant in order to help Juliette. ("Mishipeshu") ("Iron Hans")Juliette rejected all help offered to her. Eventually throwing her entirelife in the dumper to engage in a tirade of murder and mayhem.
