That posse, Nick/Hank/Wu, and the Captain/Wiesen Council representative converge on the Wiesenrein coven's meeting at about the same time.
I think that would be a fabulous, in-your-face, how-does-it-feel-to-have-a-rage-filled-lynch-mob-about-to-take-your-heads-off karma moment for those Wesenrein. Whew!
What a great episode; it felt as though it was only a 25-minute show. Went by crazy fast, darnit!
- I agree that Bree Turner deserves the best acting award for this episode.
- No way can the writers do away with Monroe; he's more popular in the viewership than Nick is. The Comic-Con visitors applaud him longer and louder than any other actor. The part was actually written for Silas.
- I don't think Juliette is hallucinating her Hexenbiest status. She got the call from Nick (re: Rosalee coming over) as she was cleaning up the glass. Most people's hallucinations don't involve the "after" clean up. I admire that she is holding it together for Rosalee (nightmare aside).
- The Wesenrein costumes and ritualistic actions were spot on; this is exactly what the Nazis and KKK look like when they are carrying out their nasty business. For some reason, the uglier the end result, the more ritualistic people--in this case Wesen--become. It's almost as though the intent is to pretty up horrible business to make it more palatable. Nasty nasty...no matter what.
- Let's move Adalind's story arc along before she is moot to the show and a Grimm evil witch character opportunity, which I think is necessary to the bigger picture as Diana's mother, is lost forever.
- I'm nervous about Wu. I don't know if he took the news so quickly/easily because it was just a relief to KNOW or if he is going to be written off the show during an attack or something. Wu is an awesome character. If his color commentary was good before he knew about Wesen, imagine how the "Portland Is Weird" commentary could go now.
- Finding whoever tipped the Wesenrein off about Monrosalee's marriage is going to hurt them. I agree that it has to do with Nick and Monroe's relationship. My big question is why didn't they snatch Rosalee? Do you think the tip to the Wesenrein came from her family/friends?
- I also noticed Zombie Nick was back. I think we can expect to see this metabolic change in him when he exerts himself, whether using strength, speed, holding his breath underwater, etc. Perhaps it's just a change like his hearing. We've already discussed the hypothesis that Grimms get some extra senses/powers/abilities when they come in contact with various Wesen. I like to think of it as Grimm antibodies that improves their immunity or something.
