They tried to spring all of these surprises on us but I could see each one coming from a mile away. Obviously the person with the boots was Trubel especially after Kenneth said it was just a kid yet they continued to hide her face from us. Second, I was hoping that the Jack the Ripper storyline would be a little more intense but once again Nick and the Scooby Squad were able to diffuse the situation with yet another potion. Not to mention that it has been obvious that Renard was Jack since he first showed up at least in my eyes. Lastly it was also pretty obvious that Nick's mom's head was in the box yet they had some dramatic lead up like it wasn't. In addition it seems as though all of sudden Diana has aged 5 years in a matter of a couple months which makes literally no sense. I really hope next week has some great cliffhangers.
I could not have said it better. Two claws down on this episode.
Also, has anybody here ever seen what happens when you get hit with a rubber bullet from a distance of six feet or so? The captain got hit with at least a dozen, but managed to not even show a welt or mark of any kind when he took his shirt off. These things can kill you at close range - that and shooting people with blanks on TV (blanks are lethal at close range - Peaky Blinders, I'm talking to you here) are a couple of real peeves with me and TV depictions of "reality". Come on, guys!
