I don't doubt for a second that Juliette could have killed Monroe in a heartbeat. Instead she chose not to. The thing I don't forget with this scene is that Nick, Hank, and Monroe were all there. Nick and Hank were armed and Nick drew his gun first. To top it off, Nick had the nerve to get snarky with Juliette. All in all it was a bad situation made worse by three men who had no business being there to begin with. Maybe if only Rosalee had been there things may have worked out differently.
The best way to frustrate a cyberbully is to ignore him.
