I have to say, I like the WWII angle on this. Very interesting.
But here's the thing. Right now, no one in Portland has seen enough to determine this uprising is a viable threat. These wesen have torn up a few places, and gone after Nick and company, but it's nothing he hasn't faced in the past. I didn't really find them all that terrifying myself. Is it really prudent for the Wall to release Eve on these wesen at this point in time?

The first thing is this. It's cool to watch Eve wave her hand and these wesen all go flying. But here's the contradiction I see. Why would the HW people even release Eve to help Nick and company?
I have three answers and I thing all of them are right
First the hw wants Nick help and probably the keys to use the treasure against the BC. He saved Nick's life and now Nick is in debit with them. Also the HW will use it to say Nick can trust them.
Second to test the new weapon. This maybe Eve's first mission in field.
Third to create fear among the BC. It is like the HW showing the BC that now they have a deadly weapon. It is a force demonstration.

The best way to frustrate a cyberbully is to ignore him.
