We only know it does because we see events and hear things that she don't.It’s only speculation that Adalind knows anything other than what Rosalee told her - it’s an ancient cloth. On screen, no one has told Adalind about the stick or that the cloth was wrapped around the stick. At this point, it’s only speculation that Adalind is aware of their research and what they’ve determined so far.
Our reactions and her reactions to the events are going to be different as we have more information to us than she does. We only know the cloth will concern Diana because the writers told us so, We seen spoilers and we heard the conversation Renard had with the Russian lady.
So I’m not expecting Adalind to react to information she doesn’t have, but was only hoping for a reasonable reaction to Diana replicating what Juliette was drawing in the tunnel. Adalind voiced her concern to Nick about Diana’s powers and that she had to be protected. I expected Adalind to be concerned that symbols keep showing up around Diana. Maybe I misunderstood, but I thought Juliette drew symbols that weren’t seen on the cloth. Why would Nick have taken pictures if Juliette’s drawing in the tunnel was identical to the cloth?

I wouldn't think she would want Eve around her kids for safety reasons. She didn't feel safe with Juilette around and I don't see her getting over that because Nick said it was okay. Not to mention she tried to kill her when she was pregnant. So I am pretty sure Adalind wouldn't won't Eve around her Kids and herself.I never got the impression Adalind feels as secure in the group as she acts. Again, we can only assume Nick told Adalind off-screen that Eve remained behind to help the group against Renard. All we saw was Adalind arrive at the spice shop and not be surprised that Eve was there working alongside Rosalee to read an ancient cloth. Other than her children being at risk, I don’t see Adalind challenging Nick about anything, especially Juliette/Eve. And really, the only other direct contact Adalind had with Eve was when she threatened to come for her if she hurt Nick. So to Adalind, Eve behaving much like Juliette may not be strange. She hasn’t witnessed the stark contrast in behavior that the others should be acknowledging. Plus, as far as viewers know, Adalind never told Nick that Eve forced her way into the fome in S5. So not sure why she'd feel confident about challenging Juliette/Eve's presence now.
