This is one of the weirdest things I've ever seen. I've been worried about this show getting cancelled for the last 3 years but it's now been renewed for season 7 well before season 6 even airs. I am pleasantly surprised to say the least.
Also, I expect next season to be pretty good since it won't need to be written in fear of cancellation. Having that cloud removed should be a tremendous weight off the writer's shoulders.

I figured season six was going to be the last for AOS. In terms of stories and character development, it's been one of the better shows for me. I will miss Phil in the upcoming season though.
The best way to frustrate a cyberbully is to ignore him.

I was on the fence about season 4 being the last and I fully believed it would end last season. I was shocked it got a season 6 so I thought another season was impossible. I hear that the Disney CEO genuinely loves the show so I guess he may have thrown his weight around.
I kind of wonder if Coulson will make a return in the films beyond Captain Marvel. I'll miss him but I do think the cast is strong enough to make due.

END OF S5 SPOILER ALERT!
So I guess the last episode of S5, "The End" wasn't the end. I was hoping they killed off Mack instead of Fritz. During S5 he has gotten on my nerves with his constant, "we aren't killers" attitude while the bad guys are killing people all around him. He need to take a lesson from Sgt. York, the WW1 Medal of Honor recipient. He saved many lives by killing some enemies, which, in turn, forced many more to surrender.
You know you are OLD, when you see the Slide Ruler you used in college selling in an ANTIQUE SHOP!!
