Thanks, Adriano. I don't recall a discussion about it either.
I have done a quick research for the word rape and I found the folowing mentions of this word:
In the thread "Adalind VS Juliette -- A Debate Thread", New Guy wrote:
Quote:Some say she raped Nick, but she could pursue a suit against himHe was arguing against Nick and Adelaind relationship.
New guy also made the same arguing in the thread "Nick's Hit List" and in the thread "Renard, Revelation and Revenge".
In the thread "Does anyone really buy the idea of a Nick/Adalind romance?", Hexenadler questioned:
Quote:didn't she technically rape Nick at one point?also arguing against Nick and Adelaind relationship.
As I have wrote before, this idea (Nick was raped by Adelaind) was not the main point of the disccussion (As far as I remember or I have found), but it was mentioned as argue for another disccussion.

I don't think they will either. First, because it happened to a man, not a woman. Second, because they aren't looking at it as a rape, just as a seduction.
The Portuguese word for rape is “estupro”. According to Brazilian laws, until recently, only woman could be raped. If a man was forced to have sex with a woman (or another man), Brazilian law used the term “atentado violento ao pudor” (translated as “indecent assault” by google translator) and both crimes had different punishment.
Recently (I think three or four years ago) the law was changed and a man can be raped.

Like Nick going off into the dark side for season five?
These would be a good question, for example. If the writers, consider the rape issue, how would Nick deal with this fact living with Adelaind and rising a child with her?
I believe that educate a child include teaching values like honesty, sincerity and things like that. I know Nick is not any saint in this subject, but if he thinks deeply in this, is Adelaind a good person to teach those values a child?
This is just one question of many questions that can be made in this subject.
