I'm assuming that Meisner is one of Sean's hallucinations. At least for now.

Renard (Sasha Roiz) is reeling after an unexpected guest appears. 605 Elsewhere, Capt. Renard (Sasha Roiz) continues to deal with a ghost from his past. This show Sean is a supposed to meet a ghost from his past. It could be a twin of Meiser who is in business. http://images.spoilertv.com/grimm/Season...00.JPG.php
Women characters do not have to be having sex with the lead to be important to the story.

My guess is that as Sean's hallucinations intensify, someone in a suit who comes to speak to Sean about something will momentarily become Meisner and stare accusingly at him, and that this sort of thing will keep happening to him with increasing frequency.
It'd be great to see a scene where everybody around Sean turns into Meisner. Like that scene in Being John Malkovich where there's an entire restaurant full of Malkeviches.

but is Renard agreed to terms and Nick clears everybody and everybody returns to work...why is Miesner haunting Renard?? makes no sense..since Renard really have little conscious to let Miesner death effect him in such away...maybe if this is a ghost he maybe trying to warn him of danger

Why wouldn't Meisner haunt Sean? It's not as if Sean making a deal with Nick is going to bring Meisner back to life.
Maybe there's nothing else to do in the afterlife except nurse grudges on the living.
