It does not show that at all. Marie obeyed Kelly twice. The first to raise Nick, having to give up an engagement to a wesen - a relationship Kelly did not approve of - to do so and then not tell Nick that his own mother was still alive. It shows that Marie obeyed her sister. It doesn't show that Marie was the better person. Monroe had heard of Marie Kessler: his family may still have the head on a spike Marie left for them. I don't recall seeing anything on the show that Kelly did anything like that.
So you're saying that Kelly used some kind of force in order to get Marie to "obey" her. Keep in mind that force comes in different forms, not just physical.
The best way to frustrate a cyberbully is to ignore him.
