Quote:Obviously you have no clue on what it means to have intent and what it means to have results. I don't need you to tell me if she had intent or not. Who gives a shitz if she wasn't aware of what Ken and the Verat agents were planning. Once the neighbors and Kelly were killed, your intent train left the station.
The point your thick skull isn't unable to comprehend is, intent does not matter after the fact. I don't care if she didn't plan on having Kelly killed or the neighbors. She was part of the crew. She was just as guilty as Kenneth, the Verat agents and even the king.
Can you really be that stupid as not to see she was part of the conspiracy? Are you able to comprehend it does not matter on the intent, its the results that proves her guilt not her expectations? She was part of the gang of criminals that committed the crimes. Then you have the nerve to say I am biased? Ok, if I am biased, WTF are you? Cuckoo?
Your entire rant about results negates intent is flawed. What about Involuntary manslaughter. Someone is dead such as in a car accident. But because of the lack of intent it is not murder. There is also a lack of reasonable expectation.
The only thing we where shown including the guns, the information, contacting Kelly, was a plan to get Diana. Bias is calling the Royals a criminal gang. When actually they are defined as a monarchy that has aristocratic rule.
This was very interesting
Quote: She was just as guilty as Kenneth, the Verat agents and even the king.Yet you say you do not have a bias.
You do realize the person you want to be seen as the victim is a hired killer, that kidnapped Diana in the first place. You also demonize the King who was trying to get his granddaughter. But justify Adalind trying to get her daughter. Again this is all because of a bias you have. You argue Nick and Kelly where wrong for taking Diana from her mother. But you demonize the grandfather for getting Diana back.
Embrace your inner Biest..... We all have one
