If Nick died, Adalind has no means of support. Her only viable option is to go to Sean for help.
I guess I must have missed the episode when Adalind's law degree was revoked.

Why would I not use the last 6 years of events otherwise we are just using total fan fiction that have absolutely nothing to do with the show what so ever.
Also Miesner ghost didn’t suddenly make Renard good and mean he will treat women better. He just talked him into no longer working with BC and joining the rigth side in the figth, which had absolutely nothing to do with Renard being a better person towards women.
Also how do you know Adalind has no means of support, sure if we just abandon the previous 6 years as you claim we also have to ignore the fact she’s unemployed supposedly, also technically we never saw her be fired or leave the law firm so how do you know for sure she has no support. She’s also a trained lawyer who could esialy get a job if she needed one.
Your are still advocating for Adalind to go running back to the man who slept with her mother, a man who cleary has no respect for women beyond using them as tools. Sasha Roiz admits himself, he said he could never see Renard in a serious relationship he said he falls in lust not love.
Henry, after reading so many posts by a particular contributor, isn't it obvious whom is really in love with a fictional character? LOL, Hellow Realita!
Good answer.Love it.
