Bud's clan was traditionally preyed on by the trolls, the only thing that stopped that was a friendly grimm, if he had been killed off, all bets were off. In the King Rat episode the tradition did not stop, one of the preditior group was spared, no indication the conflict did not continue. There are many episodes that begin with one group preying on another. Monroe's wedding list showed individuals could co-exist and be friends, but as groups they remained in conflict(the seating chart was a problem because they couldn't sit one kind with another per Monroe and Rosalee. Many examples of cooperation and conflict exist between real world groups today, but I won't go there to prevent any arguing by those assembled here.
eric, I hope some other contributors can comprehend your post. You know which ones I mean. The ones that keep accusing Nick of choosing the life of a corrupt cop and Grimm predator while exploiting his position in the PPD to murder innocent Wesen. Somehow, they missed out on how bad the predator Wesen were on other Wesen.
As I saw it, Nick not only protected humans from them but other Wesen themselves. Don't get me wrong. I know what Nick did was not always legal to the letter but since there was legal mechanism in the court system to handle Wesen criminals, he did what he could and did a damm good job at it.
You know you are OLD, when you see the Slide Ruler you used in college selling in an ANTIQUE SHOP!!
