Adalind has changed we don’t have to believe she’s changed because it’s a hundred percent proven fact she’s changed there’s no believe needed because it’s fact. You do reliize there have been barley two years of the Nick and Adalind relationship and there was 4 full seasons of Juliette Nick one so of course they're going to have more romantic scenes. Nick Adalind only really became a proper couple in season 6 and Claire Coffee gets less hours than the rest of the cast so there is only so much they can show. Nick Adalind were out togther as a couple in 6x07 at Monroe’s birthday other than that they haven’t had time with ,BC and Zerstorer.
I will allow the writers and actors in their own words below to describe the relationships as they were intended to be portrayed.
Claire talks about Adalind wanting to be with Nick and good guys in parade interview
Nick and Adalind have quite the history.
What would you like to see happen for them?
I try not to think, “Oh, what would I like to see?’ because it’s so different for me as an actress vs. for Adalind. I think what Adalind would like is to be back with Nick, be happy, and be able to establish a family with him. I think Adalind firmly believes that Nick and company are on the right side, and she wants to be, too. She doesn’t want to go back to her evil roots, and she doesn’t want to be working with Black Claw. So she’d like to be back with them, and so at this point, it’s just figuring out a way to get back there.
What’s really interesting is we didn’t like Adalind in Season 1, but now we’re rooting for her.
My character’s had such a journey. She had powers, lost powers, gained powers, lost powers. And now she has the powers, doesn’t want what the powers bring along with them, but is using her powers for good.
Claire and Bree on Adalinds change interview
TVLINE | But she’s not now. Is the transformation full-on? Will she go back to being an evil menace?
COFFEE | The fear for her — and what she expresses to Rosalee in this episode — is that “You don’t understand what happened, how that takes over.” Because Rosalee is trying to tell her, “You’re different now. Maybe it will be different.” And she’s saying no, this thing takes hold of you and it controls you. I think for the episodes that follow, you’ll see little bits and pieces of that Hexenbiest weaving back in.
TURNER | Adalind’s vulnerability at that point — she really, really doesn’t want this to be happening. She feels good in who she is now, she has these pure feelings for Nick, and they have their child together. This is just going to f—k everything up. [Laughs]
That supposed glint in Nicks eye for Eve is just the glint of your st Juliette glasses shining through.
Writers thoughts on Nick and Eves relationship in the future
DEADLINE: Fans had been wondering what Nick and Juliette’s future would look like. Do you think they would’ve ended up together again?
GREENWALT: There are a lot of people who have a lot of opinions about that on both sides of that question. But I think that there was such a beautiful speech in the third to last episode in which Eve/Juliette says, “I wouldn’t go back if I could … We’ve all grown, we’re all different now than we were.” So I think that’s more realistic
KOUF: I mean they’re friends, there’s something there. You don’t have to be married and sleeping together to have a good, happy relationship
Writers Jim Kouf thoughts on the Juliette and Adalind love triangle.
One big shift is that the love triangle between Nick, Adalind and Eve/Juliette isn't much of a love triangle anymore. Kouf described Nick's relationship with Eve (who was changed into a more Juliette-type being in the Season 5 finale) as more of a "deep friendship," and said his "love has gone where his family is, which is with his son Kelly and Adalind."
That's something Bitsie Tulloch, who plays Juliette, is happy with, because it allows her character to find a more satisfying resolution in the end. "I really hope that the fans are going to love the finale because the one thing I said is I wanted her to make amends for the pain that she had caused people, and there is definitely resolution on that front. She’s just a very strong female character, which is what I love about her."
Throughout this last season it kind of felt like Eve was switching back into Juliette mode, and that at some point she was going to proclaim her love to Nick, and try to get him back. Was that ever a possibility?
This interview states they never intended to get Eve back with Nick
JK: Not in our minds. In other people's minds, it was definitely a possibility. We shot where she felt the strength of being a hexenbiest, all that power. She went from bad to good. But she didn't want to give up that purpose.
DG: It wasn't like she was converting; she was coalescing in this last season. In the third to last episode [she and Nick] had a big scene in that other place/dimension, and she spells out that she wouldn't go back if she could. They both did a lot of stuff, good, bad and indifferent. But she was no longer interested in simple happiness. She discovered a purpose in life.
This interview proves it’s nick and Adalind at the end.
At the end of the final episode, we get the sense that Nick and Adalind are still together. Is that fair?
JK and DG: Yes, that's fair.
And obviously Monroe and Rosalee had the triplets, and are - hopefully - still together.
JK and DG: Yup.
What happened with some of our other characters? What happened with Renard and Eve and Trubel?
DG: Whatever you think happened to them!
JK: They all reformed a new kind of family, having fought evil together, I think they all came together with the reality that this war, this battle, will continue and they will fight it together.
DG: And whatever you think happened! It's supposed to live on in your mind! You the viewer. But it's quite probably true that they are all out there, fighting the good fight.
Was there ever any discussion or consideration of incorporating them into the epilogue?
DG: No, that would have been too much.
As you can see all you have just written is Bs acording to the people that made the Grimm world.
The writers thoughts on the fans reactions to both couples
DAVID GREENWALT AND JIM KOUF RESPOND:
Greenwalt knew this question would mobilize Grimmaniacs and both guessed that Adalind would win the popularity contest, but they didn’t think it would be by such a landslide. “I know there are some rabid Juliette/Eve folks out there because I hear from them,” Greenwalt said. “Guess she did some bad things, but it wasn’t really her fault.”
The ire toward Juliette is something they were aware of, as is people’s belief that Adalind raped Nick. “There’s a very modern, cutting-edge issue for ya. You have to remember that Nick was there to protect his son before he fell for Adalind,” Greenwalt said. “There’s a line in ‘Blind Love’ where Eve says under the influence that [Adalind] had the baby they should have had. But there is a scene coming up where Nick and Juliette are talking about how everybody changed drastically in the course of six years, and it goes into larger issues than who did what to whom. Is happiness or having a purpose the point? Would you go back if you could to some more innocent time? Probably not. That’s a big life lesson. You get your nicks and scratches, but you go forward.”
