The main commonality is they were both Hexenbiest. Adalind sought revenge and Juliette suffered the consequences, Juliette sought revenge and Adalind suffered the consequences. Nick wasn’t Adalind’s boyfriend, he was the guy who knocked her up.

When Adalind sought revenge she was not a Hexenbiest. Nick was Adalind's boyfriend for season 6 and Adalind would not have gone back to Nick if he was like season 5. In 602 & 603, Adalind talked about "Us" with Nick, their first kiss and both showed affection to each other in front of the scooby team including Eve. Nick was more romantic with Adalind starting with 601. Nick paid a lot more attention to Adalind in season 6 than season 5.

Women characters do not have to be having sex with the lead to be important to the story.
