But ask most of them the gut never goes away. What they do to them selves is far worse that what others could make them feel. As for Adalind she has not even come close to completing a treatment program. The first step is to Adam it you have a problem. No where in this she has it ever been acknowledged that there is a problem. All the characters act as if Diana is normal. Only Sean suspects Adalind was selling the child. But even he does not know about the deal or the ritual. That is like knowing a mother has a problem but not knowing it is drugs or alcohol. Just like you can solve a drinking Problem until you know they drink. Grimm can't solve and underworld problem until they know it was created by a deal. If this story holds true like other shows. You destroy the contract you end the problem.
Adalind beist fight with Juliette and the talk with Sean in the car soon afterwards had facing she had no credibility with anyone because she was seen as a bad mother. After that she worked to improve herself with a focus on Kelly. I agree she is hiding the contract from Nick which shows the issue may come up.
Women characters do not have to be having sex with the lead to be important to the story.
