Adalind sold Diana because she thought her powers were the only thing that mattered to her, but when she realised she truly loved her daughter, she did everything in her power to hold on to Diana, she did unspeakable things in the name of getting her daughter back from those she believed had her. I don't see Diana having any issues with this. All it does is prove her mother loved her, after being born and never stopped. Kelly's death is a different matter altogether, the woman she grew to see as a mother was betrayed and beheaded, there's no upside to that story. Kelly's not coming back and Adalind loves her daughter and they are together now, so no comparison.
