Had Conrad not been killed and BC prevented from achieving its goals, Diana and Kelly's upbringing would have been directed by BC. BC nannies, BC teachers, etc., would have taught them their places as the "royal children" of BC's new world order, to support BC's rule over kehrseite and wesen alike.
BC wasn't anti-grimm, it was anti anyone who stood in their way.
Sean showed us his likelihood of resisting when he didn't make any attempt to stop Conrad from killing Meisner and his response to Conrad's torture of Adalind was to tell her to give him what he wanted. The reason he wasn't sure at first what happened to Conrad at the fome was that he had already realized that he was actually Conrad's powerless showdog. Adalind would have probably tried to scream bloody murder, but there's only so much noise she could make turned into a stone statue.
