G&K would likely show us if Adalind is likely to get that support. In my opinion any time jump is likely to include all the children not just Rosalee's.
Not necessarily. Hexenbiests have shown themselves to be efficient mothers without the help of others. Elizabeth didn't have any help that we know of and it appears Catherine raised Adalind by herself.
I would prefer Adalind be portrayed as a self-sufficient independent mother rather than someone whose neediness forces her to be dependent on others to raise her children.
I also believe Adalind wants to raise Kelly as a zauerbiest, rather than a Grimm.
If Kelly is a grimm she cannot raise him as a zauderbiest. In addition, grimm training and grimm items go from grimm to grimm. If he is not wearing sunglasses, he could be at best made fun at worse in danger.
Children of mixed backgrounds in the real world often need adults of mixed background too. My area is full mixed marriages and we have many after schools that teach foreign languages and culture to these children.
Why create a new Grimm that has no idea what is happening to him like new Grimm Nick or Trubel when that is not needed? Asking for advice is sign strength not weakness and having Nick or Trubel give advice or help when relevant is important. Why should Adalind be forced to leave her friends for no reason so she be "independent"? Nick can leave Portland if he wants. Women often raise children together by sharing babysitters and car rides etc. Nick depends so much on the scooby gang why can't a mother ask for advice?

Adalind went back to her old job and that is where Conrad B found her and threaten both Kelly and her.
Women characters do not have to be having sex with the lead to be important to the story.
