If Adalind had not gone to Nick she would have had to be there with Kenneth. After talking with Nick Juliette would have went looking for Kenneth. That is when she would have seen Adalind was pregnant. That is when Adalind would have said it was Nick's. If Juliette did not kill Adalind at the police station then why would she have done it at Kenneth. There was nothing about Nick actions that stopped Juliette at the police station.
Like Juliette said at the station she wanted to see what Nick would do. What make no sense about ADalind fear of Juliette.. If Juliette did not kill her with the knives why would she think she would kill her. does Adalind really think Juliette has that bad of an aim.
Adalind never would have told Juliette Nick was the father at the Hotel. Juliette recently saw Adalind there and likely knew she was pregnant, so what. If Juliette saw Adalind again at the Hotel it would look like Ken was lying.
IMO Adalind had been only really scared for baby not for herself that is why it makes sense. She knew no one believe her that she loved her children so she exaggerated the threat to herself since it is much easier to hurt an unborn child.
My point is Juliette would not have turned on Nick at this point. Why would she be mad at Nick?
Women characters do not have to be having sex with the lead to be important to the story.
