Kenneth didn't have to come out and say Adalind was in danger. It was implicit. That's why she immediately went to seek out Nick, which she previously had no intention of doing, to seek protection from Juliette. She wasn't worried about Juliette betraying Nick but of what she would do to her.
Kenneth asked Adalind about what she thinks Juliette will do when she finds out she's having Nick's child. Adalind already implored them to kill Juliette before Juliette kills her. Kenneth then tells her he's going to recruit Juliette and says betrayal is a good option and making it clear that he doesn't care that she's Diana's mother. Having Juliette means they don't need Adalind. Adalind fully expects Juliette to come right for her after she's able to verify Kenneth's info.
Juliette didn't expect to see Adalind at the station because she was only there to talk to Nick. Honestly, I really don't know what the conversation with Nick would've looked like. It's not like Nick could have confirmed Adalind was pregnant without seeing her first.
Despite that, Adalind figured that Juliette would come for her soon enough and she knew that the Royals wouldn't provide her with protection. Kenneth already made that painfully clear.
