The fact in the next few days Juliette does things that hurt people and Juliette had already tried to kill Adalind speaks to the opposite. I do not understand why you say no one can stop Juliette (Trubel does later) means Adalind and the baby is safe. IMO that would mean they are more endangered.

No one else was going to protect Adalind at that time. Sean supported the idea Nick help Adalind and he did not assign any cops to protect Adalind. How could Wu or Hank help Adalind when they had no idea what was going on?
Women characters do not have to be having sex with the lead to be important to the story.
