example the bee lady. I always wonder why he killed her, when she was warning him the day of reckoning was coming. Only regret I saw there was (damn) I needed more information.....we can't pick and choose who is more guilty killing people than the other. As Renard told Nick we not going to add up the dead are we? if I am not mistaken Nick killing does not even compare with Renard's infact you can count renard killing's (possessed or other wise) under 20 as seen on TV...we can stop counting Nick's killing at 20 and triple that every season... Nick has nothing on Renard in body count..Nick is the champion
You may want to check your math. Grimm Wikia keeps a "kill list" (http://grimm.wikia.com/wiki/List_of_Deaths) Nick is a Police Detective and a Grimm. Nearly every time he has used deadly force it was in the line of duty, self-defense, protection of another or to provide appropriate "Grimm Justice." Your example of the "bee lady" supports my contention. Here is the Grimm Wikia synopsis of the scene:
Quote:The swarm suddenly dissipates, and the detectives find that Adalind has fled from the room. Nick chases Adalind into an equipment room in the basement of the building; when he enters he sees Melissa waiting, telling him that she has to kill Adalind to protect him from something bad that is coming. She tells Nick that Mellifers are Clarions who send the warning call. She explains that the lawsuit closing the paper mill was a conspiracy to get rid of them so they could not warn him. Thousands of bees begin flying around the room separating Nick from Melissa as she spots Adalind and tries to kill her with a Mellifer Stinger. As Melissa and Adalind struggle, Adalind reminds Nick he is a cop and screams for him to do his job. Melissa recants that he is a Grimm, and that is more important, causing Nick to lower his gun. Adalind sees Hank entering the room and starts pleading for him to help her, reminding him that Melissa had also killed her friends. Nick shoots Melissa as she is lunging toward Hank. Melissa warns that, "He's coming for you. Beware. It's close." and dies; all the bees fall to the floor, apparently also dead.Melissa (bee lady) was attacking Adalind then attacked Hank. Nick shot her to save Adalind and Hank. Nick did his job as a cop.
I am not sure what point you attempted to make, however IMO Nick did the right thing. In so doing, Adalind and Hank survived the attack of murderous Melissa. I see no need for compassion under the circumstances.
