Oh, tscchope, you made me realize I should have defined what I meant by albatross. I was referring to the character of Adalind as a continuing problem that prevents Grimm for going forward. Albatross is also used in that context. If I was going to equate Adalind to a bird, it'd be the brownheaded cowbird.
