I do accept the premise of the show. A once seemingly good man who served an important part in his society and culture by being part of the the legal enforcement of the rules of a modern society becomes corrupted by his desire to pursue a degenerate subculture he has a genetic attachment to. And thus he deliberately chooses to fundamentally undermine the advances his own culture had made over feudalism and barbarism. Hurray for the conquering hero: Detective Degeneracy.

And that is the central premise of the show.
That is the most ridicules interpretation of the show I have read. You can not point to a single interview by either the actors or writers to support the theory. There is nothing in the dialog that supports your interpretation.
Izzy answer.
Nothing except the explicit facts. My interpretation is of course correct. The show is exactly as I presented it and mine is the correct interpretation. That a degenerate such as yourself cannot accept simple reality is of no surprise to me. But thank you for taking the time to read the post, even if your limited perspective prevents you from comprehending the profundity of my commentary.
Izzy if you are going to post an opinion about my observation. It would be fair to at least post the subject that I am responding to.
You responded with out anything to support your position. If you disagree then take the challenge an post something that proves your accusations of Nick being corrupt and degenerate. Like I said in my reply. That point of view does not exist in any of the interviews or the dialog. It only exist in some of the post by you and the other few that have a moral issue with parts of the show.
LOL...it is really amazing: you are so divorced from the reality of the actual world around you simply cannot see it. Totally amazing.
Oxford commas are so totally rad!.
