Some of Sirtis' movie roles had nude scenes in them. I recall seeing an interview in which she said she was British and Brits don't make a big thing about nudity the way Americans do.
The last we saw or heard of the Botany Bay in Space Seed, Khan was dumping it after he took over the Enterprise. But in TWOK, Chekov finds a strap with a buckle on it that says "SS Botany Bay." I don't see why anybody would go to the trouble of recovering the Botany Bay and then moving things like straps from that ship into Starfleet cargo containers, so I think the ones Khan and his people are using for shelters are probably from the Botany Bay and not from Starfleet. The construction and all the stuff in it look more like something made closer to our time than the TOS future. And if I had been Kirk putting those people down on that planet, after seeing how easily they were able to turn my own stuff against me I wouldn't have wanted them to have any modern technology or materials. Not even cargo containers.
My guess - based solely on what I can see on the screen - is that Kirk recovered the Botany Bay and put it down on the planet in pieces that could never be put back together into a spaceship to give Khan and his people their chance to conquer a new world as if they had gotten there without being found by the Enterprise.
