Is Kelly planning on sending it to the publisher? If not, why would he write such a thing?
Of course not, he writes the story for future generations. In the Pilot, aunt Marie tells Nick that “This is no fairytale. The stories are real. What they wrote about really happened”. It’s just a way of letting the viewers know that Nick has passed the knowledge about the Grimms on to his own son, and that the ultimate battle between Z and the Grimms has become an important part of that legacy. Now Kelly are telling the viewers that it’s no myth or fairytale. The circle is closed and the Grimm book closes.
