She remembered what Juliette did. Juliette planned to retrieve Diana. The statement itself, you are requiring someone to draw and inference that the subject is killing Kelly. When everything leading up to the event was about retrieving Diana. Show one place where anyone claims Juliette killed kelly. I will even take being blamed for kelly death. The closes you can come is Nick blaming her for setting up her mother. You expect others to draw the same inference as you and you feel that is proof. When asked to show where your claim is acknowledged, you reply with "Just because she won't own up to her guilt does not make her not guilty". FYI if the writer meant for Juliette to be seen as guilty, they would have acknowledged that she was guilty. Not require you to draw an inference.
