Adalind could have taken leave as soon as she left the loft. I don't know about the firm being aligned with Bonaparte since we never got Berman or even Lane spouting BC's mantra "occultatum liberal" as a sign of allegiance. Maybe they were, maybe they weren't. However, I do think Bonaparte pulled his weight as a client to allow Adalind time off during BC's push for Renard's perfect mayoral family. Adalind was practically a prisoner the moment she entered the mansion. I don't think she went to work since I doubted Bonaparte trusted her enough to return to the mansion should he allow her to leave of her own accord without any BC bodyguards.
What makes me think Adalind doesn't work there anymore is the length of time between leaving the loft and March 24th, the day Zerstörer showed up. If Berman gave her some time off, that's one long leave period with no sign of returning to the office soon. I can't even convince myself she works from home since we never saw her work on cases like we did in S5. However, with all of that said, I do think she returned to work once Diana was settled into some form of routine between the loft and Sean's place and perhaps even enrolled into a school that's run by wesen so they understood that Diana was a special hexenbiest, not your run of the mill type that only develops abilities at puberty.
Does she work for the same firm, possibly but also highly unlikely since she disappeared so soon after getting her job back with its added benefits of allowing her son to tag along, something I doubt Berman did for all his employees. If Berman wasn't BC (not every wesen was) and Adalind was as good at her job as implied and she felt confident that it was safe to go back and Berman was still desperate to have her back I don't see what would stop her from working there/going back.
The certainty here is that Adalind wouldn't remain a stay at home mom/wife for long, it doesn't matter where she works.
