Your are making a big leap about the law firm because other than Adalinds and the 2 hexenbiest in season 1 there has been no indication that Adalinds law firm was involved in criminal activity. Adliands boss in season 1 infact seemed to be totally unaware of the hexenbiests criminal activity in season 1 ,so you really are making a huge leap. I never saw any indication they were an illegal law firm of any sort.

I asked how much worse would it have been had Adalind taken Kelly to Europe/the Royals compared to taking him to BC. You asking where exactly would Adalind get the money for Europe is not a response, it’s an avoidance to the question about the dangers of the Royals compared to the dangers of BC. I keep getting responses telling me why Adalind shouldn’t go to Europe. Which would be fine had I asked the question or suggested she should.
So you think Berman believed Bonaparte to be an important client to the firm, not an important leader in the BC organization when he introduced Adalind to him?

Even if Berman was involved it doesn’t mean he was always a thug just look at Zuri for example, BC sometimes converted good people to there cause.

Okay then, good for Adalind. If she chose to go back to work after the finale, Berman only wanted her for her Hexenbiest-enhanced legal skills, and not anything nefarious.
The law firm Adalind went back to work for existed before Black Claw was formed. If they joined the BC bandwagon, its not guarantee that it would not exist after BC was destroyed. DO we have any scene, script or whatever that shows the firm being dissolved and Adalind resigning/fired? I don’t recall neither. IM”Strong”O, Adalind is a practicing professional lawyer, mother of two, shaking up with the father of one of her child, Nick.
As for Juliette. HW was formed in response to BC. BC was defeated. HW was destroyed in Portland. There is no scene or script or whatever that stated, HW continued to be funded by the Fed’s, after BC was destroyed. We do not see Juliette practicing her Veterinarian profession. She is broke and has no place to live. Last time I saw her, she was sleeping in the basement or in the back room, of the spice shop. IM”Strong”O, Juliette is a broke, unemployed Vet, ex-government secret agent.
Whine, complain about the writers, opine to your hearts content. Unless I forgot some of the observations to the ones I stated, this is how the series ended concerning these two characters.
You know you are OLD, when you see the Slide Ruler you used in college selling in an ANTIQUE SHOP!!
