He had no reason to believe that wasn't Juliette coming out of the shower that day. Nick can't be an ace detective 24/7 especially when his girlfriend is up for an afternoon romp.
I guess I'm not seeing why Nick should be blamed for this because I'm not a romantic. He had no way of thinking Adalind was running a scheme to impersonate Juliette and sleep with him. Nick was duped and he was duped in a very believable way. There are plenty of things to hold against Nick but this isn't one of them.
Why do you think Juliette blamed Nick partly for it in the car?
It was mostly drama like @rpmaluki said.
I'd have to really speculate on why Juliette was upset. It could just be that Nick slept with someone other than her. It could be worse that it was Adalind or he couldn't tell that it wasn't her. Probably a combination of both. It also couldn't have helped that Nick really enjoyed it and used the words "we made love" in the car. Juliette could probably never forget that statement. That may have hurt her more than the actual act but I didn't get that impression. It was the act that she was upset about.
Nick wasn't the only one thinking about himself once he lost his Grimm. Juliette was thinking more about herself and how she was hurt than how Nick was violated. It wasn't until the season 4 premiere where she told Nick he didn't have to sleep on the couch that signified she no longer blamed him though not expressed in words.
