Nick is not a very deep person. In 3.22, he was worried about Juliette's feelings then when he realized he lost his powers he was upset about that and worrying about Juliette dropped off his radar. During the period of time when Nick did not have his powers we do not see conversation between Juliette and Nick about leaving Portland and getting married which surprised me. Neither Juliette or Nick talk about anything other than Nick being a grimm or not.
I see what Adalind did in 3.22 as similar to someone pretending to have MD, sex therapy certificates, fake websites with business cards to have sex. That is sexual assault but lowest group of categories in Portland. Nick's mind was clear and he realized Juliette was not acting like herself and Adalind had called the day before. Nick knew spells could affect someone sexual behavior just like people know there are fake doctors out there but in both cases the person choose to ignore warning signs.
Women characters do not have to be having sex with the lead to be important to the story.
