In the promo for 607, they made it seem like Eve/Juliette was using a potion to steal Nick from Adalind to get shippers worked up on both sides.

There is still a difference. Both hurting each other - not only Spike towards Buffy - Buffy did the same to Spike. And with Spuffy there was no rape - But Nadalind there was a rape.
