Unfortunately for the rest of you point, without it stipulated in some form or another on the show, I will accept as your opinion and nothing more.
It probably was intended to be her house all along since there were several references to it being her house. It only became their house apparently when the issue came up that Nick had to get rid of it right away in order to purchase the fome. That means he would have had to do some unsavory things, like forge her signature in order to sell it.
All I'm pointing out is that Nick doesn't have clean hands either. You can accuse Juliette of burning the trailer, which she did. But that doesn't absolve him of what he did to her, which was keeping her death under the radar and moving away to a secret location where no one could question him about her.
The best way to frustrate a cyberbully is to ignore him.
