Exactly. The point was so it couldn't be traced back to Nick after the first site was compromised. He didn't count Juliette as someone he'd need to protect the trailer from so she knew its location but the actual plot, if it belongs to anyone, is anyone else's but Juliette's(and any relation close to Nick) since he intended to marry her, so no way he'd put it on her property, which could’ve easily been traced. I think it was public land but if he had parked it legally, then it's under a pseudonym, much like the fome would be. it would ultimately belonged to him, and not Juliette. in S1 Juliette tells Adalind she was grateful to watch Nick drive the trailer away from the house because of his aunt's weird collectibles/heirlooms. She wasn't attached to trailer but understood its importance to Nick, which explains her act of vengeance by torching it. Nick was more likely to pass down the trailer and its contents to Trubel because she was a Grimm and could use it, and not Juliette.

Just to add an idea for though. If my memories serve me well, the idea of moving the trailer was to hide it. Putting the trailer in a land in Juliette’s name would easily connect it to Nick. The best option would be to put the land in someone else’s name. like Trubel’s for example. Or even better… a fake identity. Maybe Nick did the same thing with his new house: he put it in the name of fake identity. Or Sean (and HW and BC) would have found the address some how easily. The point is that the show never said whose name was the trailer land (and the new house) in.
I don't think this can be done. Nick might be able, however, to put the house and land in a business name. In any case, it makes no sense to put the land in a different name. Nick was still living with Juliette at their house, which was easily more valuable than an old Airstream.
Also, as Nick is a policeman, he cannot withhold or hide his address. He's a public servant.
